technology, healthcare, and sports. His strategic and operational roles have equipped him with a
global perspective and a results-driven approach.
As Managing Director of Caron Partners, Michel drives sustainable growth by delivering adaptable
strategies, data-driven insights, and collaborative stakeholder management to maximise client value
and create lasting impact. Caron Partners aligns commercial, marketing, and customer experience
efforts to enhance client competitiveness in today’s dynamic market.
Michel consults and advises clients primarily in retail, real estate, and technology on revenue
generation and the alignment of marketing, sales, customer support, and revenue management
functions. Caron Partners’ client portfolio includes Shopingy, SAFE Asset Group, Digital
Transformation Services (DTS), urbanOvation, European Cancer Organisation, HyperIn, and PropTech
for Good.
With a background in business intelligence, commerce, and logistics, Michel’s career began in sports
before transitioning into supply chain and retail, where he developed expertise in customer
experience, relationship-building, and commercial growth. He maintains a close connection to the
retail industry as Brand Ambassador for Misura Sartoria e Trattoria, an Italian-inspired Dutch fashion
brand.
Michel’s professional journey has spanned numerous global locations, eventually bringing him to
London, where he served as Head of Memberships & Leadership Engagement at the International
Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC), expanding membership fivefold across EMEAI. Later, as Head of
Strategic Partnerships at Chainels, a SaaS PropTech company, Michel scaled the company’s footprint,
enhancing connectivity and services across real estate sectors.
Recognised for his collaborative approach and thought leadership, Michel actively contributes to
various industry forums and events, both online and in person. His approach emphasises building
high-trust, long-term partnerships, and he envisions Caron Partners as a catalyst for partnerships
that drive growth and shape the future of the built environment through precision and strategic
impact.
