Gary Burrows 

Gary is the CEO and founder of ACR Partners, a specialist global asset management, mall, and placemaking consultancy. He established the company 18 years ago and has over 35 years of international experience. Gary is a retail property thought leader, speaker, and published author. Gary has worked with many of the biggest mall owners and operators, such as Westfield, Al Futtaim, Ingka Centres, Al Farwaniya, Trigranit, Dana Holdings, Tesco and Cushman & Wakefield, leading major portfolios of malls.

With several significant prime developments to his name, he has been involved in more than 93 projects across 39 countries. Originally from the UK, he has lived in central and southern Europe, New York and Moscow, and now lives and works from his base in Dubai. Gary works with a select team of industry experts, advising developers, owners and operators of major mixed-use assets and being a conduit for new-to-market retail, leisure, entertainment and F&B brands who wish to enter and expand across the MENA region.
