Momentum, energy and reinvention have defined the four decade professional journey of Alex Andarakis. His career has been built on a foundation of C Level leadership roles with Unilever, Aujan Coca Cola, Emaar Properties and Omniyat, where Alex has successfully combined the rigor of a seasoned Chief Executive Officer with the creativity and imagination of a Creative Director. 

The tipping point moment in his career was the transition from Corporate to Entrepreneurial life in 2010, with the establishment of Andarakis, a boutique strategic management consultancy and creative agency in the UAE, focused within the Real Estate sector, where he has now served more than 100 clients, completed more than 250 assignments across Government & Private sector in over 18 industries and 18 geographic locations. Alex has also continued his entrepreneurial journey with founding stakes in a soon to be announced ‘Mental & Physical Health’ APP as well as serving as an Global Senior Advisor for McKinsey & Company, Advisor to Senior Executives, plus Executive Board Member roles in large-scale corporations in Saudi Arabia and most recently within an innovative Prop-Tech construction firm.

Major client assignments include over 21 Saudi Arabian Public Investment companies, as well as serving nearly all the Real Estate Development firms across the UAE & Saudi Arabia, and playing a foundational role in the development of The Dubai Mall during his tenure at Emaar Properties, and across projects for major Retail Mall giants such as MAF, Al Futtaim, Al Othaim, AWJ, Line Investments (Lulu Group) and Red Sea Markets.
