Cagin Isikdag

Cagin ISIKDAG is a senior commercial real estate and construction professional with over 25 years of distinguished experience spanning six countries, including Turkey, Dubai, France-Monaco, Holland, China, and Russia. His extensive track record includes the successful delivery of numerous award-winning Shopping Centers, hotels, office buildings, as well as mixed-use residential projects.

 

Specializing in optimizing the entire property lifecycle, from inception to execution, Cagin is committed to enhancing the commercial value of every asset under his leadership. He has been instrumental in the development, construction, leasing and asset management of over 20 large-scale shopping centers throughout his career.

 

Currently serving as an Executive Committee Member at Odak Holding – Agora Antalya, Cagin spearheads the commercial remodeling and upgrade of Agora Antalya Shopping Center, overseeing comprehensive commercial strategies encompassing leasing, mall, and asset management. Furthermore, Cagin assumes the role of Chief Development Officer and Partner at ACR Partners (acr-partners.com), a Dubai-based mall & place-making expert advisor, where he actively contributes to new build projects, design criteria evaluations, leasing initiatives, and mall launches.

 

Prior to his current engagements, Cagin held pivotal positions such as General Manager at Groupe Marzocco in Monte Carlo – Monaco, where he orchestrated the management and coordination of a large-scale mixed-use project. Additionally, he served as General Manager & Board Member at Istanbul Grand Airport - Kalyon Holding, overseeing the development and management of several major mixed-use projects in Istanbul and Ankara.Cagin’s illustrious career also encompasses significant roles at IKEA (Ingka) Centers, FIBA Holding, and Multi Cooperation, where he assumed various senior leadership responsibilities.

 

Cagin is a holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Yeditepe University / Galatasaray University and a degree in Construction Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University. He is proficient in English, French, and Turkish, with intermediate proficiency in Russian and Chinese.
