Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the respective conference secretary. The notification should include relevant bank account information for potential refunds. Cancellations will only be considered effective upon receipt of written acknowledgement from the conference secretary.

Refund Policy:

​

Cancellation received:

  • 60 days before the conference: 75% refund

  • Between 60 and 30 days before the conference: 25% refund

  • Within 30 days of the conference: No refund for registration and accommodation fees

  • E-Poster & Video Presentations: Non-refundable

Refunds will be processed post-conference, based on the date of the email receipt. Refund requests for excess or double payments must be made in writing to the conference secretary.

No refunds will be issued for unattended summits, speaker cancellations, lack of conference room space, or incidents beyond the organizers' control. By registering, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the conference assume any liability.

Refund Process:

  • Credit/debit card payments: Refunds will be issued to the same card.

  • Other payments: Bank transfers will be made to the nominated account, with registrants responsible for any bank charges.

Note: The International Conference on Shopping Centre and Mall Management hereby formally declares that it bears no responsibility for the Visa Entry Requirements applicable to participants. In the event that any participant is unable to gain entry into Türkiye, it is hereby understood and agreed that the Registration Fees paid shall not be subject to refund. Participants are strongly advised to consult the official website of the Turkish government for up-to-date information on entry requirements.

Force Majeure:

If the conference cannot proceed or is postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control, a 100% registration fee refund will be issued. The organizers cannot be held liable for any associated damages, costs, or losses incurred by participants.
