KEREM ULUENGIN

Kerem Uluengin is the Vice President of Shopping Mall Development at Damac Properties in Dubai, where he oversees large-scale retail developments. With expertise spanning the entire development lifecycle, from concept to completion. He brings a strong technical foundation to the delivery of complex mixed-use projects.
Kerem holds a master’s degree in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from universities in Istanbul. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED Green Associate, and BREEAM International Assessor.
Prior to his current role, Kerem held management positions at multinational firms in Istanbul, Moscow, and Shanghai, focusing on the development of large-scale mixed-use projects. He has successfully led multidisciplinary teams through all stages of project execution and has extensive knowledge in design, leasing, tenant mix strategy, and customer experience.
