Co-founder and CEO of Mercurial One Participações, a Brazilian company specializing in the development, commercialization, and management of shopping centres and retail real estate assets. The company operates across various formats in South America, including Retail Parks, Strip Malls, Sports Arenas, Highway Malls, Auto Malls, Food Halls, and Food Markets. With over 25 years of experience in retail, Fernando played a key role in the consolidation of the Outlet Premium chain in Brazil, building strategic partnerships with major brands and promoting sustainable growth in the sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Competitiveness Management – Retail (FGV) and an MBA in Data Science & Analytics (USP/ESALQ). In addition to his executive responsibilities, he serves as an MBA and Postgraduate Professor at FGV and USP, is an active researcher in retail and consumer behavior, and a Business Advisor. A member of global institutions such as ICSC and GNAM, Fernando contributes to international discussions on the future of shopping centres and outlets.
